SAFETY & GOOD PRACTICE
For culinary education only; not medical advice. Use culinary-grade ingredients from a trusted supplier. Chamomile may cause reactions in people sensitive to the daisy or ragweed family. Begin with a small amount of cinnamon. If pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a health condition, or preparing this blend for a child, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
